This Mountfield spare part (code 3EXX0053) is a one-way bypass valve for pool solar heating systems. Fittings for hoses with a diameter of 32/38 mm are included, so it connects to a standard hose system without additional adapters.

Operating principle
The valve is used to select the right water speed in the circuit, so the panel reaches its best efficiency. When necessary, the passage through the panel is interrupted and the filtered water continues straight to the pool.
