Description
The S1 cartridge is an original Intex consumable for hot tubs in the PureSpa line. It replaces the worn cartridge in the filter compartment and restores the cleanliness of the water.
When to fit a new cartridge
Rinse the old cartridge. If it still looks dark after washing or has changed colour, fit a new one. That way the filter keeps trapping impurities and the water in your hot tub stays fresh.

How to replace the cartridge
- Switch off the power. Unplug the unit from the socket before touching the filter.
- Remove the used cartridge. Open the filter compartment and pull it out carefully.
- Inspect it. Rinse it and check whether its colour has changed or it is still dirty.
- Fit the new one. Place the original S1 in position and switch the hot tub back on.
