When you need a new cord
The cord keeps the Azuro protective cover stretched around the pool wall. If it is frayed, the knots have loosened or the fibres have snapped, the cover no longer fits snugly and the cord needs replacing.

Why an original part
The cord comes from the same manufacturer as the Azuro covers and is designed as part of their set. It removes the risk of wrong dimensions that comes with a universal substitute.
Tips for use and care
- check it before and after the season for worn spots, knots and frayed fibres
- replace it straight away if you see damage, before the cover works loose
- a correctly fitted cord makes covering the pool easier
- keep the spare cord somewhere dry, together with the cover
What to use with it
The cover is also tightened with a tensioner. When that is worn too, choose a new tensioner designed for Azuro; the cord and the tensioner always go together.
