How to choose skewers for roasting

Grill skewers of different lengths solve different tasks. Shorter ones suit a small grate. A longer skewer keeps your hand away from the embers. Flat skewers stop the meat from turning. The slider pushes the cooked food off without effort. Thread meat and vegetables alternately and leave a little space between the pieces.

What to add to grill skewers
