Description
A clean pool without constant effort
The Aiper Scuba X1 is an autonomous robot that takes over the daily cleaning of your pool for you. It follows routes chosen by the WavePath™ 3.0 navigation according to the condition of the pool, and covers the floor, the walls and the area around the waterline.
What it cleans and which modes it offers
The robot offers four main modes and one additional smart mode (4 + 1 in total):
- Floor – the pool floor only;
- Wall – the robot climbs the walls and cleans them;
- Waterline – the strip at the waterline, where dirt builds up the most;
- Combined – floor, walls and waterline in a single cycle;
- Automatic (Smart / Adaptive) – the unit picks its own strategy based on the shape of the pool, how dirty it is and the conditions in the water.
It also takes care of shallow areas and steps, and scheduled cleaning can be set up when needed.
No cables, no hoses, no complicated setup
- the battery is built in, so no power cables are needed in the water;
- there are no hoses to connect;
- cleaning starts at the push of a single button.
Mobile app
With the app (connection via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) you choose the modes and configure the robot. New features arrive wirelessly through OTA updates.
Sensors and behavior on low battery
The OmniSense™ system uses ultrasonic sensors with a longer range and higher accuracy. They detect obstacles from a distance, and the robot slows down automatically so that it does not hit the wall or itself. Underwater communication is possible with the Aiper HydroComm Pro smart monitor.
When the charge drops, the Scuba X1 stops working and heads on its own to a spot from which it can easily be lifted out of the pool.
How large a pool it handles on one charge
- up to 70,000 gallons (about 265,000 l) of treated water per cycle;
- the pool water is filtered up to 10 times within a single cycle;
- coverage of up to 200 m²;
- up to 3 hours (180 minutes) of operation.
Power and filtration
The dual water jet delivers suction of up to 6600 GPH – for comparison, single-jet robots reach 5000–5500 GPH. Debris is captured in two stages: a basket that holds leaves and larger particles, and a replaceable MicroMesh™ ultra-fine 3 μm filter for dust, sand and algae.

Questions and answers
How long does it run on one charge?
Up to 180 minutes, which is enough for a complete cleaning without interruption. For a larger pool or more features, take a look at the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro model.
Which areas does it cover?
The floor, the walls and the waterline. A smart mode is available, along with separate modes for the floor, walls and waterline, as described in the manual.
What water conditions is it designed for?
It performs best when the water is between 10 and 40 °C, the pH is between 7.0 and 8.0, and chlorine does not exceed 4 ppm. The pool can have any shape and lining.
Can it be used in a saltwater pool?
Yes, as long as the recommended water parameters are observed. After use, the unit should be rinsed and maintained to keep it in good condition.
How does it filter?
Through a debris basket and a replaceable MicroMesh™ ultra-fine 3 μm filter, which traps both coarse and fine dust, sand and algae.
